In the town of Greve in Chianti, in the heart of heavenly Tuscany, Enrico Baj Macario gave us the chance to have our first wine, a Tuscan wine, a Chianti Classico Gran Selezione.
On its sunny slopes, our first wine was produced: La Passione 2011, a Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, of which only a few bottles remain in our cellar.

In 2015 my wife asked me to create a wine in memory of her sister Susann; a wine that spoke of her.
How would you describe a woman like Susann? A lover of Italy, of the opera, of beauty… a lover of Verdi and Puccini…
How would you convey the feeling of joy she gave to those who sat next to her?
With a gamble, a bet.
We rented several rows of Vigneto Farfalla. We looked after them personally and took care of every aspect of production. We pruned the delicate plants and plowed the earth. With the help of Enrico Baj Macario and oenologist Paolo Marchi, in the spring of 2016, we had our first rosé wine for her: La Principessa.
The work in the vineyard and in the cellar has been a wonderful experience for me, which became even more special thanks to the positive reviews, which my wines on high-class events have experienced.
The desire to continue and to create something new has overwhelmed me. Impossible to resist.
Nearby I found a small vineyard to make my dreams come true.
